Are you looking to join a friendly, energetic, and passionate team? Hotel Railway is a vibrant neighbourhood pub located just minutes from Brunswick Station, serving modern pub classics with Mediterranean-inspired flavours. We are currently looking: - Kitchen Hand (level 1) Our service hours are: - Tues to Thursday, 4pm to 9pm. - Friday to Sunday, 12pm to 10pm. - Some Mondays (Public Holiday) Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar kitchen environment - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service - Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations What We're Looking For in You: - Passion for food and hospitality - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Reliable and punctual - Ability to work well within a team - Energetic and able to thrive in a busy environment What We Offer: - Flexible roster (10-15 hours per week) or fixed shifts if preferred - Opportunities for career growth and development - Staff discounts across all Riverland Group venues - Supportive and friendly workplace culture Pay Rate: $33.05 per hour (Casual, Level 1 kitchen attendant) If you're enthusiastic about hospitality and want to be part of a great team, we'd love to hear from you.
