Retail Assistant – UGG Outlet DFO South Wharf We are looking for a friendly, bubbly and reliable Retail Assistant to join our team at UGG Outlet, DFO South Wharf, Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be a native Korean speaker with fluent English communication skills, as our workplace is an English-speaking environment. All communication between team members and with customers is conducted in English. Previous retail experience in Australia is preferred, but candidates with retail experience from other countries are also welcome. We are looking for someone who is: * A native Korean speaker with fluent English communication skills * Friendly, bubbly and a people person * Mature, responsible and dependable * Reliable, trustworthy and punctual * Experienced in retail and customer service * A confident and effective communicator * Has a good memory and is able to learn and remember product information quickly * Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment * A fast learner with a willingness to learn * Confident approaching customers and providing excellent customer service * Positive, proactive and able to work well as part of a team We have a very friendly and supportive working environment and are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys communicating with people and providing great customer service. Employment Type: Casual, with the potential to transition to part-time or full-time employment in the future. Location: DFO South Wharf, Melbourne Pay: $32/hour + super Working Hours: Flexible – availability and roster can be discussed during the interview. Visa Requirement: Student visa preferred, with at least 12 months remaining and valid Australian working rights.
