Hotel Railway is a vibrant neighbourhood pub located just minutes from Brunswick Station, serving modern pub classics with Mediterranean-inspired flavours. We are currently looking: -Cook(level 1) Our service hours are: - Tues to Thursday, 4pm to 9pm. - Friday to Sunday, 12pm to 10pm. - Some Mondays (Public Holiday) *Cook Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar kitchen environment - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service - Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations What We're Looking From You: - Passion for food and hospitality - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Reliable and punctual - Ability to work well within a team - Energetic and able to thrive in a busy environment What We Offer: - Flexible roster (10-15 hours per week) or fixed shifts if preferred - Opportunities for career growth and development - Staff discounts across all Riverland Group venues - Supportive and friendly workplace culture Pay Rate: We are currently offering either a part-time or Casual position. Part-time rates start from $28.08 per hour (Level 1 Cook), plus applicable penalty rates. Casual rates start from $33.85 per hour (Level 1 Cook), plus applicable penalty rates.
