Hi,

I am just wondering that how Melbourne embassy helps us to get a criminal records certificate from Australia.

I am just about to apply permanent residency, but i need this document to be proved.

I have been known that we used to visit the embassy in Canberra to apply it or we also could do it by post, but since we have the embassy in Melbourne, I heard that they can help us to go easy.

Could you tell me the way you process this document to get it from overseas, also what kind of stuffs I need to prepare for that to apply by post or foot please?
