Room available to share with a girl  

from the 24th of February. 

We are 2 people living in a cozy apartment, we are really easy going and we don't party in the flat, we like to keep it tidy and comfortable as much as we can, we love to feel like family. However, we usually cook or have a cup of wine.

2-bedroom, 1 bathroom to share.

3 people in total in the apartment.

Location 

Batman st, west Melbourne, Excellent location with good facilities

inside the free tram zone, just footsteps away from the tram stop

Short walk to Southern Cross, flagstaff station, Victoria market, and the park.

The house 

Fully furnished with a modern kitchen, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine with the dry system, built-in closet, air conditioner and heater, microwave, and TV.

We have a balcony with a nice view of the flagstaff gardens.

150 per week each (in total 600 per month) bills are not included.
