CHEAP 칼튼쉐어하우스 독방 *2 > 쉐어렌트

Hello, everyone!  

This humble home is situated just off Lygon street -10 min walk- to the city, Woolworth and Carlton gardens !!! And obviously, all the yummy restaurants that only do takeaway right now haha.

 

At the moment rent is $577 till September due to COVID-19, but it might be subject to stay that way depending on rules changing, etc. otherwise it's $768 each Private Room a month. You'll be living with two amazing housemates, both super chill and friendly :D. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom stays, So you don't need any appliances Yay! And bills are divided evenly and also are really cheap! 

ABOUT THE ROOMS:

Both rooms are spacious and come unfurnished, though we leaving the wardrobe free of charge :). 

We are looking for people that can go on the lease and bond is $1000. 

ABOUT YOU:
