It’s situated on level 35 on 27 Therry St ( in the middle of the city) just 5 minutes walking you will find Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne Music Academic, one of the buildings of RMIT University. Also, you have trams, buses, supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops, restaurants, and dozens of retail stores at your doorstep!
It’s within walking distance of every English school in the CBD but if you prefer you can get a free tram outside the building too!
Living in the CBD you will never run out of things to do, and with double-glazed windows, it’s quiet enough for the most needed peaceful sleep!
From the bedrooms and the living room you have views of the North West area of Melbourne, it’s super beautiful!
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need.
The building has a covered and heated swimming pool for all-year-round use, a Sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, a fully equipped gym, a BBQ area, a Studio area with free Wi-Fi, a tennis court, and a big Balcony where you can have an amazing view and take a moment to enjoy your life; everything is in the level 5.
