It has been just remodelled, everything brand new!
Brand new Bridge, washing machine , bed and matters.
Looking for a tidy, clean, polite and easy-going Professional or student to join me.
No party or smoking allowed!
The building has a great location, it's on the corner of city road and power street Southbank just next Crown Casino.
Close to Tram and buses Public transport running 24/7
The apartment is fully furnished, comes with a large and comfy living and dining area, smart tv included. The kitchen is fully equipped too.
The room has a nice window, which provides fresh air and natural sunlight, it also comes with a spacious built-in wardrobe, side table, sheets, blankets and pillow, table and chair.
