I’m looking for a couple (or two friends) to occupy a room in this super cosy 2 bedroom, 2 story apartment in Carlton
Address: 604 Swanston street Carlton 3053
Rent: $490/week (all bills included)
Available: 16th of March
Bond: 4 weeks rent
*No minimum stay but I will need 1 months notice before moving out
Your room comes with everything included all furniture and bedding, you don’t need to buy anything.
There is also a massive private balcony attached to the bedroom.
Tram stop is right in front of the apartment (Trams 1, 3/3a, 5, 6, 16, 64, 67, 72)
There is also a Asian supermarket next door.
There will only be a total of 3 people living here, a very lovely and clean Japanese girl lives in the other room.
