Hello, Looking for people to share the house with in Newly built townhouse in Doveton.
Its a newly built townhouse with rooms that are fully furnished (Desks, chairs, beddings and pillows.)and has own split system air conditioner!
Will be roommates sharing one full bathroom together on top floor and one toilet down stairs next to laundry room.
Currently there's two people living in the house we are looking for two more rooms to be occupied.
Very close to the bus station literally 20 steps distance. Buses are 844 and 828.
Close to parks and overall quiet neighbourhood.
Looking for flatmates to share this place who are ideally, not a party person, is honest, who are respectful to others, keeps privacy of others and are easy going and clean.
No smoking
No shoes inside

침대, 책상, 의자, 램프, 에어컨 각방마다 다 있어요. 빌 미포함이고요 4명이서 나눠낼 계획입니다.
방1은 더블 침대에 주235 바로 입주 가능하시고요
방2는 킹싱글?/더블? 침대에 주225 10월 말부터 입주 가능하세요.
(현제 더블을 놔야할지 킹싱글 놔야할지 고민중입니다. 더블일시 235불 동일합니다)
본드는 4주 노티스 4주 입니다
Flatmate으로 인스펙션 날짜와 시간 잡으시면 되겠습니다.
바로 앞에 버스 정류장 있고요 844, 828번
단데농 마켓이랑 쇼핑몰 매우 가까워요.
앞에 주차공간 있어요.
