먼저는 전화로
61132221 로 전화하셔서 어카운트 클로즈 상담받아야합니다.

만약 그게 힘들다면 두번째로 우편으로 가능합니다.
이때는 직접 편지에 적어서 요청 우편을 보내야합니다.
자신이 계좌를 오픈한 브랜치로 보낼때
bsb, account details 를 알려주고 보내야합니다.

안전문제로 이멜이나 팩스로는 불가능합니다.

If for whatever reason you would like to close an account you can call +61 132221 from overseas, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Alternatively, please mail a signed written request to the Branch Manager of the branch where you originally opened your account. In your written request, please provide the account details (BSB and account number) of the account you wish us to credit your remaining balance to (less any administration fee). For security reasons we cannot close your account from an email or faxed request.
