코로나 동안 렌트비가 많이 싸졌는데 혹시 내년 부터 다시 렌트비가 올라 갈까요??? 시티 기준

2021년 8월 기준 studio $230-240/w 이 지금 (07/02/2022) $280-290/w 이니 벌써 올랐네요 :) 지금 학생 accommodation과 일반 apt. 엄청짓고 잇거든요 cbd에, 또 모르죠 집들이 많으면 렌트비가 내릴지 :)
