Hi, there. I have a cozy room available for 1 person in Seddon (5 minute-walk away from the Middle Footscray station)
It is a fully furnished 2 storey house, which has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 2 separated toilets.
There are living room, kitchen, laundry room & a toilet on the first floor, and 3 bedrooms, a bathroom & another separated toilet are on the second floor.
The room has a white wardrobe, a double bed, a desk & a chair, a little tea table, and a wooden shelf as shown in the photo.
you can bring your own furnitures or appliances into your room if you like to.
But you wouldn't need to buy anything for this place at all. (except your own pillow and a blanket)
3 people are living in this house. We all are friendly, tidy and quiet.
I also have 2 female cats but all desexed. one is very quiet and won't come out of my room normally, the other one is a friendly kitten, Both are toilet-trained and well-behaved.
The rent is $120 a week. It is including all the utility bills and adsl2+ wireless internet. So you don't need to worry about any extra spend. There is a surety deposit (bond) which is 2 weeks rent.
