카드계산 안받는것도 신고가능한가요?

최근에 한인업체를 갔는데 카드 계산 하려하니까

카드 기계가 없다고 돈뽑아 오라고 하더군요.

캐쉬 온니라고 적혀있지도 않고 그래서 일단 돈 뽑아와서 계산했긴 했는데

생각해보니 너무 기분이 상해서요..

만약 신고하려면 어디에다가 해야하나요?

surcharge는 신고 가능한걸로 알고있는데... 캐쉬만 받는걸로 신고가 가능한지는 모르겠네요
