Criticism of Japan’s right-wing party, and appeal for Korean resident’s participation.
Recently, the Japanese right-wing party has provoked the already divided and unstable economic state among countries.
This is following the recent ruling that was made by the Supreme Court of Korea in relation to the victims of forced labour by Imperial Japan.
The issue of forced labourers and ‘Comfort Women’ by Imperial Japan were once acknowledged recorded in Japanese historical textbooks. However, after the Abe administration took power, they began to deny the truth, and now threatens the world’s economic state.
The Melbourne ‘Comfort Women’ Memorial (MCWM) Task Force requests for the following:
The compensation and sincere apology regarding the ‘Comfort Women’ and forced labour victims.
The immediate stop to the provocation of the world’s economy.
To allow for the freedom of expression of conscientious Japanese people.
<A letter of appeal to the Korean residents >
