I'm using TPG and I have terrible issues with them. So I'd like to share this with all of you.
My internet is not connected for more than a month and they are not giving any good gestures to me about this. The technician came over to my apartment to connect the internet yesterday, but he just went off without doing anything. Because it costs free for the first time and from the 2nd time for hiring technician will cost $60.
This is not only my case I asked my property agent and he said ONLY TPG does this stupid thing.

Please do not use TPG and do not trust subcontractor / dealer or third party provider who is Korean.
I know using internet in Australia is not better than living in Korea,
but ignoring Customers' complains is just not acceptable. . .
