I am currently looking for a candidate who willing to take 3 day part time role at Coles.
Working hours would be 9am - 5pm (standard working hours)
Role Title: Administration Assistant – Part-time 3 days
per week (24 hours)
Department: Logistics
Location: Hawthorn East
Pay Rate: $30 per hour (including super)
Duration: 6 months
Skills
/ Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience in office administration within a transport environment including systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS office (outlook, excel, word in particular)
- Excellent time management and ability to multi task and priorities work loads
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast paced environment
Duties/responsibilities:
- Processing invoices / purchase orders /
- Processing fines / infringements / registrations
- Maintain databases and registers including assets, registrations, fines, infringements, R&M, fuel consumption, fuel cards, repair history, accidents/incidents, insurance
- HACCP administration in conjunction with fleet safety and compliance officer
- General reporting
- General administration
- Administration for food safe compliance requirements
- Report writing
