Matcha Kobo Pastry Chef (Full time/Part time)

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other products.
* Follow recipes with attention to detail to ensure consistency in quality and flavor.
* Maintain an organized, clean, and safe kitchen environment.
* Assist with inventory management and ensure the proper handling of ingredients and baked goods.
* Collaborate with the team to experiment with new recipes and seasonal treats.
* Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:
· Certificate III level qualification.
· Previous experience in a patisserie or food production setting preferred
· Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
· Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
· Strong attention to detail and quality
· Strong time management and multitasking skills, especially in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills
