Staff Vacancy

Position:              Marketing assistant/Graphic Designer (Junior/student position)

Hours:                  About 20 hours a week, flexible hours Monday – Friday, between 8.30 – 5pm

UIT Marketing Department department needs a new staff member to assist with the following duties:

-          Design Marketing Material – Eg. Course promotional flyers, special event flyers invitation flyers etc.

-          Customize promotional material for both online and in print

-          Update and manage UIT Social Media - Eg. Facebook, Instagram etc.

-          Follow up and attend events – send emails, take photos, attend activities etc.

-          Write and design UIT Newsletter (Monthly)

-          Assist with Local Marketing initiatives and coordinate event activity

-          Send emails to agents and students via Mail Chimp etc.

-          Analyze marketing intelligence and prepare reports

Essential skills:

-          Excellent Computer Software skills (Mac or PC)

-          Neat, clean and effective design style

-          Very quick and efficient

-          Excellent English writing and grammar skills

This is an excellent opportunity for junior/student who wants to work with teachers and admin staff in a private college. ­­We are looking for someone who is positive and outgoing and would like to work in a professional environment.
