Koreana Hair Beauty Pty Ltd, trading as ‘Shine hair and beauty’ have celebrated more than a decade of success in the heart of Melbourne CBD. We are the first Korean specialty hair salon in Melbourne CBD with the opening of our first salon in the heart of Melbourne’s Chinatown. Six months later, our second salon opened near Hardware lane. We take pride in creating fantastic hair all these years and now we are looking for a talented and passionate senior hair stylist to join our creative team. 

[Senior Hair Stylist]

Job Description:

Lead, support and develop the team members

Make sure the salon environment is professional

Ensure KPI’s are met. Check staff performance

Ensure the salon’s operations work smoothly

Stock management and ordering

Coordinate training programs for junior hairdressers and apprentice

Working on the floor as an all-rounder senior hair stylist

Skills and Experience

Be energetic, creative and motivated

Have exceptional customer service & communication skills

Have at least 3 years of experience as a hair stylist

Know all business aspects of hair salon

Have experience in inspiring team members

Be professional with all hairdressing skills including haircut, blow dry, colour(inc colour repair&ombre), permanent wave and styling

Able to understand Korean culture and language

Able to liaise with our associated hairdressing partner schools in Korea

Salary

$55,000~ annual salary + Bonuses for your performance
