Administration Support Role
Support accounting and management team on administration tasks
Scanning & managing documents, and preparing documentation for cloud-based storage
Manage phone calls with clients and trading partners
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and action
Assist in arranging client appointments
Prepare letters and other documents
Assist in managing and improving workflow
Assist in archiving
Assist management in growing the Group’s business, including marketing, web development, social media
