- 경력: 2년 이상
- 학력: 무관
- 외국어: 상 (업무관련 거의 모든 상황에서 만족할 만한 의사소통 가능)
- 자격 면허: RSA (Responsible service of alcohol)
- 주요 업무:
- Oversees all operations at a restaurant (except for the kitchen)
- Shape a restaurant-goer’s experience by maintaining the dining room’s appearance,
- Hiring and training quality staff, and ensuring good customer service.
- Addressing customer complaints and handling staff disputes
- Scheduling
