As a Mobile Phone Technician some of the responsibilities you will be accountable for are;

• Repairing iPhones/Samsung Phones/Tablets
• Providing repair skill training to junior phone repair technicians
• Troubleshooting customer enquires/ technical phone issues
• Managing sales targets that have been set up by the Operations Manager
• Work with established guidelines, particularly with leading brands, ie Lifeproof, EFM, OtterBox...
• Upsell stock
• A keen interest in the phone repair industry
• Previous sales and phone repairing experience is preferred
• Chinese-speaker preferred

Contract length: 6-12 months

Part-time hours: 25-38 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Salary: $44,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
