Roy hammond in Ballarat is a brand new Asian fusion restaurant, looking for an experienced cook/chef who have a passion for servicing Asian fusion cuisine and learning skills.

Requiring a cook/chef who have a confidence to work in a busy and have a great work strategy , being aware of how to have a responsibility about your duties, to develop your skills in the kitchen more beneficial for your application, if you

-Willingness to learn and develop in the kitchen

-The ability to work with great customer service skills

-Proven experience in a busy fast paced kitchen

-Experience running a busy section-Relevant commercial cookery qualifications.

-To know Food safety & Hygiene Standards.

-Ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team environment.

-Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.

-Able I to carry out preparation in all sections maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.

Job Type: Full-time ( sponsorship available for an eligible person) 

Salary: $46,000 - $60,000.00 per year
