We are hiring for casuals at our jewellery kiosk in Chadstone shopping centre. Below are some details of the position:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

2. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

3. Maintain a fully stocked store

4. Ascertain customers' needs and wants

5. Recommend and display items that match customer needs

6. Welcome and greet customers

7. Manage point-of-sale process

8. Keep up to date with product information

9. Accurately describe product features and benefits

10. Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

1. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

2. Proficiency in English

3. Solid communication and interpersonal skills

4. Customer service focus

5. Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

6. Basic administration skills

7. Able to manage the kiosk alone

8. Honest and responsible
