Busy Italian restaurant in Southbank is looking for a Qualified Chefs

You will be involved in all aspects of a large, functional kitchen. The quality of

produce in this kitchen is of a high standard and the menu is a cut above what you

would usually expect, as such we are looking for an experienced Chef with a critical

eye for detail, team leading skill and willing to maintain the integrity of an authentic

Italian menu. Best of all, we are looking for a chef who can bring their own ideas to

the venue. This is a long-term role and full time opportunity for a right candidate.

This position is available for students currently studying cookery or the qualified

chef.

Any work experience or employment history in fast food shops, military service or

work experience in hotels and restaurant as a part of your school requirement won’t

be considered as “Experience”.

Skills and Experience

Experience in a fast-paced restaurant is the must.

The candidates must have skills below

 Must be able to multi task and priorities

 Team player

 Must be experienced in pan and grill section.

 Ability to commit to a long term role

 A passion to produce great quality food

 Minumum of 2-5 year experience as a cook or “qualified chef”.

 Menu designing

 GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL IN ENGLISH
