Mansfield Golf Club – Chef de Partie (2 Positions Available)
Mansfield Golf Club, located at 24 Kidston Parade, Mansfield VIC 3722, is seeking 2 skilled and motivated Chefs de Partie to join our kitchen team.

About Mansfield
Mansfield is a thriving and picturesque regional community located in Victoria’s North East, approximately 200km from Melbourne via the Maroondah Highway. Situated near Mt Buller and Lake Eildon, Mansfield offers an exceptional lifestyle with access to snow and water skiing, boating, fishing, hiking, camping, cycling, horse riding, and 4WD adventures. The town provides all the facilities needed to live comfortably in a regional setting and welcomes thousands of tourists each year.

About the Role
Due to substantial business growth, we are expanding our kitchen team to support continued success. You will be working with an experienced, talented, and friendly team in a dynamic, fast-paced, and professional environment, with genuine opportunities for career development.

Reporting to the Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
• Training and supervising newly appointed or less experienced staff
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations
• Monitoring the quality of dishes throughout preparation and presentation
• Delegating tasks effectively to kitchen team members
• Supervising kitchen hands and cooks, assisting as required
• Monitoring food stock levels and placing orders

Requirements
• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III or higher)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
• Flexible availability
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sound understanding of OH&S and food hygiene requirements
• Eligible to work in Australia with at least 6 months remaining on visa
