Position Overview:
The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and enthusiastic about developing skills in stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium fabrication, especially in relation to handrails, structural steel, staircases, balustrades, window shrouds, and similar steelworks. Proficiency in interpreting and executing tasks based on shop drawings is important, and immediate availability is preferred for an immediate start.
Responsibilities:
· Assist experienced fabricators with workshop tasks and on-site installations, focusing on handrails, structural steel, staircases, balustrades, window shrouds, and similar projects.
· Pay meticulous attention to detail and follow instructions carefully.
· Aid in reading and comprehending shop and construction drawings.
· Participate in steel/metal sanding, polishing, and cutting to specified lengths.
· Assist in packing and delivery of materials to project sites.
· Develop teamwork and collaboration skills by working alongside skilled professionals.
· Demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
· Valid driving license, with 4.6m tray truck driving skill.
· Ability to drive a forklift is essential.
· White card (Essential).
· Eager to learn and enthusiastic about the fabrication industry.
