Downstair is a proper restaurant that opens 6 dinner and 5 lunch from Tuesday to Sunday
Upstair is now turns into drinking place with snacks that opens 5 dinner from Wednesday to Sunday
We are looking for qualified commis, young CDP. Working holiday is welcomed and student can also apply for these position, it may need to have further discussion, based on your experience.
Larder, pasta, main and dessert, as simple as it sounds, small service kitchen and large size prep kitchen at the back. We can train you how to run each section smoothly while you have full control. We are focused on quality, cleanness, and consistency.
It is well established venues, great reputation, good location, plenty of sunshine, amazing team culture, most of front of house are full time and chefs too. Small kitchen can cover decent amount of guests day and night. We can train you how to hold sections and run the successful kitchen. Hand made pasta, breaking down all proteins, preserving, mordern touch in cooking and presentation. It is casual fun dining space that you can come once a week to have tasty meal, but there is great technique and finesse.
Our chef can run every sections and room to grow together. If you love cooking and looking for a place that teach you how yo be better cook. We can look after you.
