We are an Australia global financial firm and looking for an executive assistant:

· Fluent in English

· Intermediate skills in Excel and Words

· Friendly

· Able to work in a 45+ staffs environment

· Be able to communicate with team member clearly and effectively

· Full time or part time

· Customer service experience is essential

· Can speak Mandarin will be a plus
