Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team for an exciting Mobility project research, responsible for overall administrative tasks and collaboration with a leading Carsharing company. As a Market Research / Administration Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market and data research to support decision-making processes.
- Performing basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.
- Collaborating with our partner, Humax Mobility (humaxmobility.com/global/), and actively participating in the Mobility project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market and Data Research:
- Gather and analyze data related to the Mobility project.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide insights to contribute to strategic decision-making.
2. Administrative Support:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure project efficiency.
- Maintain organized records, documents, and communication channels.
- Coordinate with team members and external partners as needed.
3. Collaboration with Humax Mobility:
- Work closely with Humax Mobility to align project goals and ensure smooth cooperation.
- Leverage Humax's expertise in mobility solutions for effective project outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Residency Requirement:
You must be a permanent resident residing in Australia, specifically in Melbourne. Overseas applicants will not be considered for this role.
