Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Sales Performance
- Maintain and increase sales of your company products
* Store Operations Management
- Manage store staff by providing direction and facilitating additional training where required
- Supervision and influence
Administration
- Manage and implement store rosters to meet fluctuations in staffing levels and workloads
* Communication
- Establish and maintain good relationships with staff members by regularly communicating relevant information provided by head office
Requirements
* At least 1 year experience in Retail Management or over 2 years in retail Industry including Sales and Customer Service
* Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management
* Proven ability to manage and mentoring teams to reach their full potential within the business
* Achievement of Sales KPI's and completion of goals
* Exceptional communication and time management skills
* The ability to work in a team focused and fast paced environment
* Strong Passion for Retail and the Customer Service
