White Mojo Balwyn store is looking for a barista with passion and experience to join our team.

We are looking for a gun part-time barista (around 20hr/week, weekends compulsory) , who is not only skilled for coffees, also demonstrate a range of other skills such as great customer service, good communication skills, a high level of commonsense and the ability to work well under high pressure. 
We are young, passionate and positive team, and can grow your skills and abilities.

To be considered for a Barista position you will have the following

• Minimum of 1 years experience as a full-time Barista
• Have passion for coffee and confident and who can present coffee knowledge to customers
• Able to handle cash and tills
• Good customer service
• Able to do consistently present quality latte arts
• Humble attitude
• Able to maintain extremely high standards under pressure and fast
• Be well presented, high customer service
• Be able to speak English confidently and fluently
• Able to run a coffee bar solely on weekdays - Espresso, filter both required
