Wages: Varies depending on experience

Visa Status: Valid Visa to work in Australia (PR or Citizen Preferable)

English Level: Intermediate / Advanced

What will you do:

- Purchase/procurement activities under the guidance and direction of procurement manager

- Managing delivery variances and action with guidance from logistics / supply chain manager

- Monitor / support ETA/ETD of oversea shipment

- Supporting all necessary documentations and follow processes for continual improvement

- Assisting our Logistics team with daily tasks and administration work

- Assisting with stock-in / stock-out, import and export duties

- Invoice processing

Attributes

- Relevant degree (Logistics / commerce / business)

- Knowledge of supply chain / inventory control / logistics

- Experience in a similar role, ideally with logistics experience

- MS Office Skills

- Be confident, personable and approachable

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in writing and speaking Korean & English

- Have a high attention to detail, and an ability to prioritise a busy workload

- Willingness to pick up other administrative duties if required

Previous relevant experience in working in a professional environment will be as advantage but is not essential to land this great opportunity.
