유명 항공사의 CS 관련 업무 지원 업무

항공권 예약 및 항공권 관련 모든 이슈를 회사내 프로세스에 맞게 처리하는 CS 업무

Salary

Japanese & Korean

Freshers - : 7000- 7500 RM /Per Month

1-2 years of Experience in Call Centre : 7500- 8000 RM /Per Month

Job Qualifications

Proficiency in Korean and speak English at an advanced level(to liaise with Korean speaking client).

Provide clear, pleasant and courteous phone & written communication with proper use of grammar, tone, and pronunciation in Korean in order to liaise with Korean client.

Able to handle multiple tasks and attention to detail.

Desire to learn and apply specific sales training techniques to generate revenue.

Able to work all shifts, as well as on weekends and public holidays.

Administratively meticulous and performance driven.

Provide support to the contact centre with regards to passenger’s tickets, special request, and airport assistance for our internal and external customers.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer application skills.

Ability to work in a team with a diverse culture.

WSQ training will be provided to successful applicants.

Employment Process:
