About the role
Leading modern Turkish restaurant Yagiz is looking for a Chef De Partie to join its friendly and dynamic team.
• Applicants must be appropriately qualified with at least 2 years relevant experience. Experience in monitoring quality of food at all stages of preparation and presentation and ensuring all meals served to our clients are to our standard.
The ideal candidates will have the following skill set and experience:
- Previous work in a similar / busy environment
- Hold the relevant tertiary qualifications
- Can take ownership of their role
- Understanding of produce, culinary techniques & kitchen equipment
- Work and thrive under pressure
- Work and communicate effectively in a team environment and under direction
We are looking for chef starts with casual position that could be perment role, casual rate is $25/h
