Gami Store Manager Role Description
Inclusion criteria:
Full-time position
38 contact hours per week
Australian Citizen/Permanent resident
Hospitality/Management experience of 2+ years
Must possess the following attributes:
Strong leadership quality to positively encourage and lead team towards better customer service, smooth adaption to change, proactivity and structure.
Highly organized individual to handle daily reservations, ordering and receiving stock from several suppliers, packing and organizing storage of beverages and miscellaneous items.
Strong communicational skills to upper management teams including H.R., finance, operations, marketing and General/Area managers.
Strong ability to resolve conflicts during team member disputes and/or customer dissatisfaction.
Strong ability to improvise and problem solve unexpected situations i.e. monetary discrepancies, incorrect orders, equipment malfunction.
Roster team to provide efficient and team work flow, high level of customer attention whilst meaning labour cost budget.
Ability to organize or replace team member during unexpected shortage of staff.
Ability to educate and train new recruits as well as develop skill sets and responsibilities for juniors to progress to senior staff.
Be able to continuously monitor store performance via Google reviews & Zomato to and improve areas where attention may be required.
Ability to communicate with other Gami stores that may require assistance.
