An exciting and rewarding opportunity exists for superstar Head Chef & Sous Chefs positions for the expansion of our second branch opening. You will be part of our opening team in our brand new venue.

• We proud ourselves in serving the highest quality of Australian Wagyu beef and showcasing Korean cuisine

Key Responsibility of the role include:

• Positive working attitude and willingness to connect with your peers in a team environment.
• Willingness and drive to lead by example, a hands on and involved leader
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and working pace
• Good working ethic in relation to self composure and punctuality
• Daily ordering responsibilities
• Roster creation
• Ability to manage kitchen teamto ensure optimum resource management and speed of service
• Ability to work under and report to our Executive Head Chef
• Ability to handle fast paced heavy service

What we are looking for:

• Experience as a Head Chef & Sous Chef for a premium venue
• Experienced in meat handling (butchering) and Korean Cuisine
• Min 2 years relevant experience
• Hold a trade qualification
• Have the confidence and professionalism to lead a section and mentor junior chefs, including Apprentices
• In-depth understanding of Food Safety & Hygiene Practices
• Prepared to work flexible hours including weekends, late nights across a 7 day roster

Salary:

$70,000 - $85,000
