An opportunity has become available to be Venue Manager at a very busy and reputable award-winning Korean BBQ Restaurant on the Mornington Peninsula.

Geonbae is an upmarket quality driven restaurant situated alongside Kananook Creek in a beautifully[rw1]  developed area on the Waterfront. This is an opportunity to be part of a strong leadership team.

You will be responsible for the everyday management of a busy and fast paced restaurant with a focus on quality and outstanding customer service. Reporting directly to the owner.

Responsibilities will also include:

• Supervision of Front of House staff

• Assist Owner in day to day operations

• Rostering

• KPIs

To be considered for this role you must have the following attributes:

• Willingness to relocate if necessary

• Experience in a similar role

• Fluent English

• Passion for Korean food and culture

• Be a team leader

This is a full-time opportunity with remuneration based on experience, to be offered to the most suitable candidate with the right set of skills and experience.
