Airline Customer Service 업무 설명
지원 자격
대학교 4년제 이상 학력자( Bachelor’s Degree)
신입 지원 가능
Must have strong verbal and written language skills in both English & Korean. Training class, material and assessments will be in English.
Preferably someone with BPO/Call Center experience in Malaysia/Korea. Someone with experience in Content Moderation will be prioritized.
Able to work on rotational shift.
업무 내용
Proficiency in Korean and speaking English at an advanced level(to liaise with Korean speaking client).
Provide clear, pleasant and courteous phone & written communication with proper use of grammar, tone, and pronunciation in Korean in order to liaise with Korean clients.
Able to handle multiple tasks and attention to detail.
Desire to learn and apply specific sales training techniques to generate revenue.
Able to work all shifts, as well as on weekends and public holidays.
Administratively meticulous and performance driven.
Provide support to the contact centre with regards to passenger’s tickets, special request, and airport assistance for our internal and external customers.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer application skills.
Ability to work in a team with a diverse culture.
WSQ training will be provided to successful applicants.

코로나 팬더믹 기간 중 한국 재택 내 온라인 트레이닝 이후 말레이시아 오피스 근무 변경
말레이시아 근무 가능자에 한해 포지션 지원 가능
입사 일정
말레이시아 취업 비자 승인 후 말레이시아 오피스 근무
근무 시간
주/야간 로테이션 근무 가능자(Morning, Afternoon shift hours and Night shifts)
월 - 일요일 내 주 5일 근무
하루 8시간 근무(1시간 식사시간 제외)
5일 근무 및 2일 휴무
로테이션 별 근무 시간대는 주 또는 월 간격으로 변경
