Experienced CHEF WANTED

We are seeking an experienced chef with previous experience in cooking for our new fast paced restaurant in BBQ-K at Doncaster East. The successful applicant must be committed to our kitchen team on a daily basis.

You must also be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be responsible. You be willing to work in a team environment and autonomously.

Salary Range: $63,000 - $65,000 (plus superannuation)

The Roles

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

§  Deep fry and stove cook for busy kitchen

§  Handling raw meat and seafood

§  Ordering, Stock control and Stock Rotation

§  Menu Planning

The position Requires

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.

§  Have a right to work in Australia

§  Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a similar role with references

§  Must be fully available over a 7-day roster

§  Be able to work under pressure

§  Be a team player

§  Highly organized and efficient
