포지션 설명 : CRM Operation Korean speaking

유명 글로벌 IT 기업에서 운영하고 있는 동영상 공유 플랫폼 상에 올라오는 한국어 관련 다양한 동영상 관련 콘텐츠를 검열하는 업무

The program is to have linguists who are solution-oriented, should understand how to interpret a user’s issue accurately, troubleshoot issues completely, and provide the best possible solution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Reviewing Online Videos//Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
Reviewing/updating content on a popular social media platform
Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload

Job Qualifications

Excellent command over verbal & written Korean & English.
Good understanding of local culture and current events in the region supported
Strong reading comprehension and the ability to “read between the lines” to assess a customer’s issue and provide the appropriate solution. The questions (via phone, email or chat) may be presented in English or Korean and the response must be in Korean or English.
Ability to effectively address the issues reported by users / Customers.
A good team player
Prior experience in Voice customer services preferred
Mature & analytical
Good interpersonal skills

Salary - Korean speaker

Depends on the candidate’s working experiences: (7500 MYR - 8000 MYR)

근무 조건:

쉬프트 근무 : 월요일부터 일요일 사이 주 5일 근무이며 아래의 Shifts로 하루 9시간 근무 (7am - 4pm, 1pm - 10pm, 10pm - 7am
1일 1 식사 및 각 종 Tea & Coffee, Fruit Bar 제공
각 종 부대시설 (수면실, X-Box 오락실, 휴게실 등)

급여 및 처우:

급여 : 기본급 RM 7000~ 8000 + 보너스 지급
비자 종류: 1 or 2 years EP (일반적으로 2년 비자 발급)
각종 의료혜택 (보험 카드 발급) - Medical cover and group hospitalization insurance, a medical card will be given.
One-way Flight Ticket (기본 체크인 수화물 지원)
One-week Accomodation Support (Hotel nearby the office)
휴가 : Annual Leaves - 15 days / Medical Leaves - 14 days
