We are looking for passionate people and dynamic people to join our team as a junior FOH trainer.

Title: Junior FOH Trainer
Contract: Full-Time
Working Hours: 5 Days/Week
The successful applicants will:
Have a minimum of 1year previous hospitality experience
Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to make our customer's experience a memorable one
Demonstrate a professional, upbeat and friendly personality
Display a high level of attention to detail, initiative and a drive to complete tasks to the highest standard
Have well-developed communication skills, with the ability to relate well to a large and diverse group of employees
You will need to be available to work 5 days a week, including nights and weekends, and must be eligible to work in Australia to be considered for this role. The ability to commence work immediately will be viewed favourably.
Skill Requirement (Training Provided)
- Customer Service
- Inventory work (stock check, ordering)
- Cash handling
- Alcohol Services (RSA certification require before work starts)
- Managing and Supervising the individual staff
- Documentation (FOH SOP)
There will be many opportunities to travel interstate and internationally to open new stores which involve training new staff and help setting up the store.
