An exciting and rewarding opportunity exists for superstar Head Chef position for the expansion of our second branch opening. You will be part of our opening team in our brand new venue "BURWOOD"

Key Responsibility of the role include:

- Good working ethic in relation to self composure and punctuality
- Daily ordering responsibilities
- Roster creation
- Ability to manage kitchen teamto ensure optimum resource management and speed of service
- Ability to work under and report to our Executive Head Chef
- Ability to handle fast paced heavy service
What we are looking for:
- Experience as a Head Chef for a premium venue
- Experienced in meat handling (butchering) and Korean Cuisine
- Min 2 years relevant experience
- Hold a trade qualification
- Have the confidence and professionalism to lead a section and mentor junior chefs, including Apprentices
- In-depth understanding of Food Safety & Hygiene Practices
- Prepared to work flexible hours including weekends, late nights across a 7 day roster
Salary:
$90,000 - $100,000
