We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed.

* The successful applicants will have
l Positive attitude
l Desire to work as efficiently as possible
l Communication skills
l Work as a team
* Office responsibilities & duties
l All our communications with customers will be with Instagram; getting orders, changing customer’s needs, getting payments.
l Maintain office supply inventory
l Retrieve documents and files when requested
l Read and distribute incoming mails and process outgoing mails.
l Answering phone from the customers when needed.
l Communicate with team (We are still new to the business there are lots of changes)
* Qualifications and skills
Fluent English and Korean
l Typing speed : 55wpm with 90% accuracy.
l Familiarity with mobile technology
l Pleasant and friendly disposition
l Strong interpersonal communication skills
l Good at sales & understand customers perspective + business perspective.
