Sushi Making Kitchen Chef  Wanted for a Takeaway Sushi Shop in Collingwood

We are looking for a part-time kitchen manager for Marimo Sushi, a Takeaway  sushi shop in Collingwood.

Working Hours: 

Monday - Friday (2-4days a week as part time) Approximate hours will be 7:30am - 2pm 

Closed on Weekends and Public Holidays

Salary:

Negotiation upon skill and experience

Fair Work Rate plus super

A successful applicant MUST have the following requirements:

œ knowledge of sushi making machine is preferable

œ stock ordering

œ preparation of basic sushi

œ cut salmon

œ kitchen hand training

œ food handling safety knowledge

We need someone who can work for at least 6 months.
