COOK-CHEF

PICCOLINO pizzeria-trattoria Italiana is looking for a full time cook-chef.

PICCOLINO is a little pizza restaurant in the heart of North Fitzroy, 70% based on woodfired pizza and the rest on authentic and basic Italian hand made pasta with few little extra.

The right candidate has to be able to do the following: 

Manage his own section

Full knowledge of hand making pasta and gnocchi 

Previous experience in Italian restaurant 

Hard worker, reliable, in time, educated and respectful in a fast paced working environment 

Location: north Fitzroy 

Starting date: immediate

Long term position: Apply only if intended to stay for at least 5 MONTHS

38h weekly tue/sun only nights
