mitsuhiko.nakata@wismettac.com 급여: 급여 수준은 괜찮은 편이고, 오버 타임도 정확하게 지급됩니다. 현장 분위기: 갑질이나 텃세 부리는 건 전혀 없어요. 굳이 막 친절하게 다가오지는 않아도 서로 돕는 분위기 입니다. 업무 강도: 힘든 일이 맞긴 한데, 애초에 무리가 될 정도의 업무량이 아니고, 압박도 없습니다. 차량은 모두 오토이고 드라이버 라이센스는 full license 면 됩니다. 저도 처음에 일본 회사라 걱정을 좀 하긴 했었는데, 전반적으로 한인 회사보다는 훨씬 나은 것 같습니다. |
