Key responsibilities for this role includes:

• A passion for food using the freshest of ingredients
• Experience with commercial food preparation
• Ability to deliver a consistent offering
• Ability to engage with customers
• Understanding of food safety and HACCP compliance
• Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery (desirable)
• Experience working with packaging.

You will also require the following attributes:

• Ability to conduct yourself  in a professional manner at all times
• Good communication (written and verbal) skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Immaculate personal presentation
• A 'hands on, let's get in and do it together' approach
• Ability to work across all areas of the fresh food preparation departments if required
