Cafe Head Chef > 구인정보

We are a newly renovated cafe in North Melbourne that does all day breakfast and lunch.

Currently looking for a head chef who can look after our small kitchen.

Main tasks:

1.Update/change menu in a regular basis

2.Ensure all food is prepared as per food preparation requirements

3.Manage kitchen stocks maintaining a good and

acceptable quality of stocks at all time

4.Supervise and assist all kitchen staff as required

Requirement:

-Qualified chef

-Experience in local brunch (experience in Korean/Asian food is a plus)

-Professional appearance

-Ability to work alone in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to manage other people

-Attention to detail

Hourly rate: $25
